You can't control what other people do or think. Whether it’s your mom, dad, wife, husband, kids, or boss—you simply can't control them. Attempting to do so is a fruitless endeavor. Resistance is futile, as they used to say in Star Trek. Focusing on others and trying to determine their actions is beyond your reach and will only leave you frustrated.
